Return Policy

Thank you for shopping Jo + James! It is our greatest hope that you LOVE every purchase.  If you aren’t happy with your order, then neither are we! So let’s figure this out, shall we? To initiate a return contact the shop at hello@shopjojames.com with the subject line ‘RETURN’.

RETURNS

All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days from original order date. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment to calculate this date.  Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.  All sales exceeding 30% off and items in our Sale tab are final sale and are non-returnable. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

The following items are final sale:

  • Jewelry

  • Hair Accessories

  • Sunnies, Scarves, Hats, Bags, etc.

  • Items purchased with a discount code or promotion of 30% off or more

  • Sale Items

HOW DO I RETURN MY MERCHANDISE? 

  1. Please email hello@shopjojames.com for a return form to include in your package. Please use the subject line ‘RETURN’. 

  2. Place the unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with the return form included.  

  3. You may ship your returns to the address listed on your return form.  

  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.

  5. Once we receive and approve your original item, we will issue your store credit. 

EXCHANGES

Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. If the size you would like is still in stock, we recommend you purchase that size and return the item/s that did not fit.  

DAMAGED PRODUCT

We want you to have the best of the best. Before every order goes out, we inspect each piece for damages. Please keep in mind, we are human and may miss something. If this happens, you have 3 business days from the item being delivered to you to contact us at hello@shopjojames.com with the subject line 'DAMAGED ORDER'.
